from what I have gathered that the game is now overworking the hard drive as I was using the Task Manager Performance screen to see what is occurring. I have noticed that at times I would have just loaded the game and I click one button and the game overloads and shuts down immediately after the hard drive is at 100% for a period of time and gives up then game shuts down I have seen it shutdown in many areas of the game. not just one area. Since I am not a computer geek I have no clue how to assist hard drive from causing the failure of game and I have the game going from 2012 to 2100 now. I have tried new game but since data is obviously limited and so few the save time and moving game save around is a lot quicker as well. I should also mention on my laptop is only OOTP on it nothing else. windows 10 and I do play it in 3D/ 2D modern and old school and tried old school data screen as well same thing occurs. I am under the impression that the game is now asking my hard drive to try too much. Or is this what you mean by memory leak ??? I have gotten out of memory many times at various times from first button click to several game days. The game crashes so many times during the day I keep playing till I get tired of it and have sent you my files on my save a few versions ago and has improved at the time then when I move game forward it gets increasingly worse
