Dude, you rock!! I have spent 2 days trying to find a shared OOTP Template, even googling to possibly find such a thing via third-party, but couldn't find anything with multiple leagues as your link does. I never thought of looking in the Mods forum.
Thank you, so much, for finding this for me to try out. I had been thinking all morning that I should just come out and ask if someone could share their universe template or whatever, just so I can go through it with a fine-tooth comb.
