Personally, I want nothing to do with that. I'm all for realism in general, but I would much rather play the season as "normal" rather than have a bunch of changes tailored toward this anomaly of a season (which still has a non-zero chance of not happening at all). I understand that some people will want to play as close to the current MLB rules as possible, but attempting to simulate a pandemic is likely going a bit too far.
