Sign C Rick Cerone (46/48). Cerone is a small upgrade over John Stearns and gives us some depth while Lloyd McClendon continues to develop.
Sign SP Geoff Zahn (48/44). The LHP should be one of the better starters we have this year. One year for $115,000 seems like a no lose deal.
Hall of Fame voting
Bob Gibson, Harmon Killebrew, Juan Marichal and Al Kaline were all elected to the HOF. That is a pretty good class.
