I need help remembering an arcade basketball game

So I know this does not exactly fit into talk sports. But General discussion gets very little traffic and off topic also does not see enough traffic.
So hopefully the mods do not mind me dropping this here.

I was talking to a friend over Skype and we got on the topic of arcade games we remember and specifically arcade sports game.
When I was a kid in the mid 90s I remember an arcade basketball game that a local pizza place had in Munich where I grew up.
I remember for about two years I would play the hell out of it every time we would visit there. And it became a regular after school hangout in the winter time when the weather was bad.

The unfortunate part is that I do not remember much about the game despite playing it for what had to have been many hours. I asked my friend on the Skype call and he did not know what I was talking about.
The only one he remembers was NBA Jam and the Tournament edition of NBA Jam.

The game I am trying to find the name of was basketball, played on street courts. It had no licensing that I can remember.
IIRC it was 3 vs 3. Each team was rated in several catagories.
The teams were based on US cities. The only team I remember was Philadelphia because they were by far the best 3 point shooting team and even back then I was living in the pace and space era.
In the game a FG was worth 1 point and a 3 point FG was worth 2 points.
So 100% more value even if you hit less of them.

I also remember like NBA Jam over the course of the game you built up a meter and could do super dunks or block any shot, get any steal or hit even half court 3 point shots.

Unfortunately I do not remember much more than this since it has been 25 years since I played the game.
The game was in English despite me growing up in Germany. It had a regular arcade cabinet from what I can remember.

I could be getting some of the details wrong, it could have been 2 vs 2. But I do think it was 3 vs 3. I also remember the teams were based on US cities.
It may of only had 6 or 8 teams.
I do not remember that the game had any licensing at all.
I cannot remember who made the game.
I also do not remember any sort of console version of the game. But perhaps it was released on a system I did not own.
I had a Super NES around that time and got a PS One around 1997.
If it came out on Genesis or Saturn I never owned one of those. Much less the less successful consoles that came out in the mid 90s like the Jaguar and Neo Geo.

Does anyone besides me remember this game?
Or is this all a figment of my childhood imagination?
I have been trying to remember the name of this game for months now and hope someone here can help me.
