I think multiple leader/captain types have cumulative effects, if you have one sourpuss and 3 captains you'll not get a peep from the clubhouse. It's not unlike putting up with bad defense to get a good bat in the lineup. Or trading Hunter Strickland away
Just find some other middle reliever who won't be a jerkface.
