Here's the specific example:
My system calls for a slick passing offense, with a non-physical zone defense. I want one of the D-men on each pairing to be more conservative. Should I choose the Stay At Home Defenseman or the Old School Defenseman role?
On the one hand, the Old School role has passing instead of stickhandling highlighted, which fits my system. But on the other hand, the text description says the Old School guy is more aggressive in defense, which I don't really want.

If you don't want aggressive, don't take Old School.

Affiliations are done from the Top team, not the bottom. Edit your team on July 1st. Farm Team 1 and Farm Team 2 (aka AHL, ECHL) are listed on the bottom left of that page.
