Hi there, apologies if this has been asked before but I tried searching and couldn't find what I was looking for.

I would like to add a minor league affiliate (ECHL team to my existing NHL Canadiens), but I'm not too sure if/where I can do this. I'm in my 2nd season, and on July 1st so I figured I could edit the teams/affiliations, but I can't see where I can do this. Also, I am using commissioner mode.

I know that the ECHL Rapid City Rush has no current affiliations, so I was trying to link my Habs with them, but I could not see any options to do so. I also tried adding a new team to the ECHL (not through the expansion draft though) just to see if the option to affiliate would pop-up, but it was to no avail.

Is the option to add new minor affiliates only exclusive to expansion NHL teams? I look forward to hearing any answers... Thanks!
