The way the draft would work is that you get, say, 10 random packs, and you have to draft 2-3 cards from each pack to form your 26 man roster. You don't own these cards, you just use the cards during the tournament. And each "random draft" tournament you enter, you get 10 new generated packs to draft from to use for that tournament, etc.
