The scouting is something I certainly wish there was more discussion about. It doesn't seem consistent in any way that makes sense at this point. Maybe its the small sample size I've used with it and haven't noticed patterns. But scouting requests don't seem to come back in any sort of regular amount per day or how quickly it takes to get them.
And the above is certainly something I haven't been able to figure out, why wouldn't my scout automatically keep tabs on our own guys to make sure they were up to snuff? Doesn't feel like that aspect should decline much over time, if at all.
