This is also happening to me. I submitted a lineup and noticed after the tournament started that I had instead a terrible lineup that got slaughtered. I signed up for a new tournament and double and triple checked including exiting out of the game and coming back to make sure I had the right roster in place up until the first sim. As soon as it was over, a completely different roster competed in the tournament.
