I'm running 3 teams, and it's great for the weeks where I get to 'work' from home. This coming week is not one of those weeks, so all 3 will not get much love or attention. Add to it that I have a presentation to give at my observatory Saturday night (Yay! we finally got the green light to re-open!), and I still have to write said presentation, computer baseball will be down on my list of things to do.
Definitely try a second team and see how it works for you time-wise. If you don't spend any money on it, you don't really lose anything. And chance are, you'll be a bit more efficient after learning from your mistakes on team 1.
