League-leading overall GR somewhere in the neighbourhood of 80. Individual game ratings of 90+ are great, 80+ outstanding, 70+ good, 60's acceptable, 50's questionable but just barely passable, below 50 bad. Standards for average (i.e. multi-game) GR are more forgiving at the top end of the scale and tougher at the bottom - a 50 average means the player's bad half the time, which should be a major danger signal, while and 80 means he's almost always doing very well.

Offensive/Defensive GR will be a bit more extreme in both directions, but hopefully no more than about 5-10 points (for the average) at each end.
