Yes, I am a compulsive tinkerer and I struggle to keep the team stable for enough time to get a meaningful sample on anything I try. Just know that you aren't the only one with this affliction.
I do share the sentiment about all of teams (including mine) looking alike. I am compelled to move away from the reward cards just to have something different from everyone else. I am also compelled to keep all of the cards that I own in this version, because I sold off cards for upgrades in the previous two versions and ended up regretting it too many times. These goals conflict so I am not sure how to handle that dilemma yet.
