maybe the answer to this is in the 'created player settings.' I had that set from 15 to 40 for the initial creation of all of the players in the league, but perhaps now it is still using that setting for creating the draft pool(?), and it might make sense to alter that now to be something like 16-23. I'd welcome any thoughts.
