Rays 8, Orioles 1. Kevin Kiermaier had two hits, including a home run, and drove in four as the Rays rolled past the Orioles. Blake Snell went 6 1/3 innings, allowing one run to get the win.
Tigers 15, Blue Jays 4. Christin Stewart had a monster day, with four hits, two home runs (including a grand slam), and seven RBI as the Tigers crushed the Blue Jays. C.J. Cron also hit a grand slam and Willi Castro had three hits. John Schreiber got the win with 2 1/3 scoreless innings of relief.
Twins 5, Royals 3. Luis Arraez had three hits, including a home run, and drove in three for Minnesota. Homer Bailey went six innings to get the win.
Astros 7, White Sox 1. Lance McCullers allowed one run over 7 1/3 innings to get the win. Yordan Alvarez had three hits and Kyle Tucker drove in three for Houston.
Indians 5, Rangers 1. Francisco Lindor homered, and Cesar Hernandez drove in three for the Indians as they beat the Rangers. Zach Plesac allowed one run in 5 1/3 innings to pick up the victory.
Angels 5, Mariners 4. Shohei Ohtani homered and reached base all four times he was up as the Angels narrowly beat the Mariners. Los Angeles overcame a three-run first-inning homer by Daniel Vogelbach.
Yankees 8, Red Sox 3. D.J. LeMahieu had four hits and drove in four as the Yankees topped the Red Sox. Giancarlo Stanton hit his league-leading 28th home run and Gleyber Torres hit his 25th. Jonathan Loaisiga left with an injury in the fifth, and J.A. Happ went the final 4 1/3 innings to get the win.
Cubs 3, Cardinals 2. Jason Heyward and Anthony Rizzo homered a the Cubs beat the Cardinals. Alec Mills got the win, and Craig Kimbrel got his 13th save.
Phillies 11, Athletics 9. Logan Forsythe had two home runs and drove in four as the Phillies beat the A's in a slugfest. Roman Quinn and Rhys Hoskins both homered and drove in three apiece. The A's hit six home runs themselves, including a three-run shot off the bat of Joakim Soria.
Nationals 10, Mets 7 (11 innings). Trea Turner hit a grand slam in the ninth to put the Nationals ahead by three, but Pete Alonso answered right back in the bottom of the inning with a three-run homer to send the game to extras. Turner drove in the go-ahead run two innings later with a sac fly, and the Nats tacked on two more. Turner finished with three hits and six RBI on the day.
Braves 7, Dodgers 2. Ozzie Albies had three hits, including a home run, and drove in three for the Braves. Max Fried moved to 8-0 on the season, allowing two runs in 5 1/3 innings.
Brewers 9, Reds 2. Avisail Garcia and Keston Hiura homered as the Brewers routed the Reds. Chris Lee got the win with 2 1/3 scoreless innings of relief.
Pirates 8, Rockies 5. The Pirates came back from a 5-0 deficit to defeat the Rockies. Ke'Bryan Hayes homered and drove in four, and Jacob Stallings had three hits. Blake Cederlind pitched 3 1/3 innings in relief to get the victory.
Giants 2, Marlins 1. Tyler Anderson allowed one run over eight innings as the Giants beat the Marlins. San Francisco mustered only three hits on the day, but benefitted from seven walks.
Diamondbacks 9, Padres 3. Jake Lamb hit a grand slam and followed up the next inning with a three-run homer, driving in seven in total for the Diamondbacks. Robbie Ray left in the second inning with an injury, but Artie Lewicki threw 3 1/3 scoreless innings to get the win.
