I've seen a few just over the fence that I thought were going to be caught. But if one of the 2 fielders going for the ball, stops to watch it - its out of here. Also baserunners know immediately if its going out. I agree on the dive and quick throw - after playing a while you know which of those are going to be errors. Don't think I've seen a dive in the outfield where the ball gets by the fielder. Still quite a few things to work on.
