Should I be paying attention to individual pitch ratings or stick to the big three of Stuff/Movement/Control?

Is it better to have a pitcher with 3 great pitches or a pitcher with 4-5 pitches and 1 or 2 great pitches mixed in?

Just can't seem to find a good rotation - especially for tournaments
