go to the file DATABASE within the game scroll down to the "names" file and open that up. scroll down to the name you want to edit. You will see something like Kiff,35,0 or whatever number it is. change the middle number (35) to what you want. If you want a high frequency give it a number such as 2000 or if you want it to appear occasionally give it a number such as 250. once your happy with that just hit save in the drop down menu and that's it. Just one more step is needed and that is go into the game settings of your league and hit the tab DATABASE and go to the upper right hand corner where it says DATABASE TOOLS and hit the "Reimport names and ethnicities" and then your done.
