I voted for Vince Denney, although I personally wouldn't pick any of these guys as high as it seems you're picking unless I was intending to trade the guy I picked.

I try to avoid prospects in the draft with a great but undeveloped changeup as much as possible. Been burned by too many of those guys not developing that changeup already. However, Denney has a solid repertoire otherwise and his solid fastball despite low velocity compared to the other three guys suggests that pitch can become very effective with a velocity uptick or two. Meanwhile, 65 potential for Lopez's fastball despite nearly max velocity would mean his base rating for his fastball isn't great if your scout is accurate.

Again, I'd personally pick none of these guys unless the top bat on the board is much worse, or try to flip whichever of these guys I did pick unless one of the changeup guys showed rapid improvement, but if I had to pick one of these guys it'd be Denney.
