Is anyone going to even acknowledge that this was presented or are you intentionally trying to get people to quit buying OOTP versions but rather your other garbage like fake baseball cards?

This is what your loyal customers get? A buggy, unready piece of software with no support. That's great. Any chance I can just get a refund for this and move on?
