[Cynical]

So, I recently fired my pitching coach (his rating was "poor" and he had a good relation with exactly one player on the team; not sure why on Earth he was here in the first place), and replaced him with an "average" reputation coach with good relations with several players. I've noticed very little -- possibly no -- difference in my pitchers' performance. Do coaches really matter very much? How much should I churn through them? The manual doesn't give very much information about their effect at all.
