Oh sorry, is the "GLITCH in the game" you were referring to the fact that these players haven't "filed as Free agents yet" and thus "left" my AAA team?
I don't really have any scruples of side-stepping the AI in this particular instance since this is me learning the ropes of this minors/to major league option thing for the very first time.
