1. Start new game (if you want same teams too then be sure to have same league structure). No need to adjust teams if you are going to take old teams too.
2. Go to your old game save folder
3. Took players.dat, teams.dat etc (anything you want form last save)
4. Put those files to your new game folder (players that are there now will be lost)
5. Now you have new game with your old save players, teams etc
