Minor suggestion: throwing to the wrong base

I'm not sure how to best model this, but as I was writing a recap I realized I've never seen (?) a description of someone throwing to the wrong base. I'm thinking here of the Chris Denorfia WBC ruination special of trying to throw baserunners out at third or home instead of throwing to second to stop rallies/comebacks by holding a runner at first on a base hit. But it could even be just a randomized error or semi-error, not unlike the text strings that now identify good plays by fielders that save hits or clanks by fielders that "should" have been made, or when fielders don't throw to first on an infield hit. It could be triggered by the fielder's error percentage, or one of the "intelligence" type factors, I don't really know how they play out behind the curtain. In a perfect world it would be neat to be able to adjust a slider to tell outfielders whether to try to throw baserunners out more or make more conservative plays, but I am guessing the AI behind the scenes for such would be pretty complex. So if nothing else a periodic text description would be fun. Or, as with Denorfia, infuriating :P
