I think OOTP21's animation is much improved over OOTP19 and OOTP20... using the home plate view first for the pitch and then switching to the full game field view for the play results makes it seem like I'm at the ballpark sitting right behind home plate.

I much prefer OOTP21 animation to previous versions.

and yes, the animation still has some flaws, but they will be fixed as each patch comes out.
