So the development is the long game we are talking most things will be 5 years away. But then once its strong it is constant like an avalanche. Where every year you have 5+ guys ready for the MLB. Then the problem is they can't fit in the MLB. So you have to trade them for younger prospects. Snowball avalanche effect. But long game
