I am looking to do an experiment that would require all MLB players moved to free agency at the start of a modern save and then I would move groups of them at one time to specific teams I choose. Is this possible? I notice that selecting multiple players and right clicking them provides no option to move them to a team, even in Commish Mode. Hoping there is some other way to do this?

Hey everyone, just an FYI I figured out how to do it. The key was eliminating the financial system entirely. Doing so provides the option to sign players in bulk when acting as a team.
