Does anyone know how much of a boost to stats it gives to teams who have great morale?

Or as an example, Familia on the Mets being a team cancer and making the Mets have a terrible locker room.

How much does it actually effect on field performance or stats?

Team Captain - guessing but adds a boost and helps negate negative team memebrs
Leaders - Do the same as team captains but not as magified
Pranksters - help a teams chemistry

Outspoken = Contraversial?
Selfish = Greedy and unloyal?

Just guessing on some of those. But would love to hear anyones breakdown of what the roles also do.
