The same discussion was common in PT20 regarding Nolan Ryan. It seemed a vast majority of people hated him because of the control issues. However, he was outstanding for me in perfect typically having dominating seasons every year. I haven't used him nor can I afford him at this stage in 21 but it seems like it mirrors how it went in 20 for most.
