I don't use the minor leagues... I use the reserve roster to replace players on the parent team.

My reserve rosters are filled with players with poor ratings... will their ratings improve over time on the reserve roster to the point they will make the parent team?
… in the past I have just yearly purged older players that never made the parent team... I would let the 18, 19-year-olds stay on it in hopes they might get better... don't think they ever did.
Based on the ratings these players with poor ratings will never even hit .250 in the league... the pitchers will never have an ERA under 5.00.

Should I just delete players on the reserve roster with poor ratings?

Would appreciate your help and advice.
