First and foremost, in the rules section you should see an option for when the players can get drafted. "Draft Eligibility Starts"
Set that to "According to HS/College Yr".
Then leave the Active Roster Minimums and Maximums set to "0".
Lastly, switch over the "Players" tab and then under "Fictional Player Settings" put "14" as a minimum and "15" as a maximum.
Ideally, this means that the feeder should iron itself out and create 14/15 year old freshmen that progress naturally until they are eligible as "HS Senior".
I'd appreciate if anyone else could share their experience, as so far mine has worked, but I am wary that these settings may create 14 yr old juniors or 15 yr old seniors.
Will check in once I've simmed to the new HS season, as by then new recruits are generated.
