Player creation modifiers for feeders

As much as I love a prospect that can mash, Luca Temple is what he is and does (essentially a masher). If he were plopped in a avg. MLB setting he'd have enough juice to hit roughly 20 HRs.

As a 15 year old.

I've tried my darnedest to figure out these player creation modifiers, but can't seem to work them.

The league reputation is an 8 for this particular feeder (if that has anything to do with it) and I delayed player creation and then used the "fill-to-capacity" function.

In this instance, it should be the Sabermetric PCMs that kick in from what I've understood.

As such, here are #s that created the young gentleman above:

.440 - BA
.400 - XBH
.350 - HR
.400 - BB
.380 - Ks

Is there something else involved in player creation that has gone completely unnoticed on my part? (Most other settings are bog standard.)
