I have almost 4 months of experience playing OOTP and I still need to reference it every single day. Usually, multiple times. There are just so many features and screens and options. I'd only disagree that the search works perfectly. I'm sure for ALB's needs right now it's fine. He's not wrong. Sometimes it takes awhile to pare down to exactly what you're looking to define or have explained, particularly if you're extremely detail-oriented. If you aren't or you're not a researcher/reader, then you've likely not read my post to here at this point.
And the search function here - on this forum -is a whole other story.
I'm certain development has a manual update in their sights, so continue to rely on it and further improvements will no doubt come your way.
