Cardinals Sweep Florida in College World Series:
Today the Cardinals fans broke out the brooms at McKethan Stadium and it worked -- Louisville swept the Florida Gators 3-0 and are the 2028 NCAA College World Series champions for the 1st time in their history.
The Cardinals derailed Florida 7-6 to rap up the title.
Louisville finished the season with a record of 119-43 and ranked first in the National League ACC.
