Cardinals Cruise to Super Regionals with Sweep:
The Louisville Cardinals had all facets of their game going and have swept the NC State Wolfpack in the Regionals.
Louisville now heads off to the Super Regionals, after wrapping up the series with a 14-2 win.
Josh Hamilton was named MVP, as he put up a .625 batting average, with a .667 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 8 RBI and scored 3 runs.
The Louisville Cardinals don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Villanova Wildcats - South Florida Bulls series. South Florida leads the series 1 games to 0. The Super Regionals schedule will be announced after the Regionals finishes.
