Homerun totals are WAY out of control

Screenshots attached...

I've been an OOTP person for as far back as I can remember and this year is the first version that I'm truly frustrated with, and a bit disappointed in.

The homerun totals in this game is completely out of control. Guys are hitting 60 left and right. The first game I did on OOTP21, Cody Bellinger hit over 60 homers eight times (over 70 three times).

I adjusted the LEAGUE TOTALS in the settings to set the offense back to 2018 levels, and saw no change. I adjusted the settings back to 2005 (first year after steroid testing) and saw no change. Finally, throwing my hands up in the air, I adjusted things to 1991 levels (as you can see in the screenshot).

Well, the top 8 in homers in the AL for this most recent year, were ALL over 59 each. Larry Ernesto (a decent prospect, to be sure), just hit 77 dingers. Playing his home games in Tiger Stadium.

Is there a patch or fix coming for this? How can I un-rocketball the game?
I've never had a version of OOTP come out where the standard settings would need this level of adjusting.

(and, I should bring up the strikeout bit too... My team just AVERAGED 12.9 k/9 as a staff for the year. I have FIVE GUYS that struck out over 200 times (most are at 50 for Avoid Ks)

Thanks!
