That was going to be my answer, too. Then I tried it out.
I made a park with 625-750-800-850-775-700-600 dimensions. And HR park effects of 4.000. Then I started an exhibition game.
It's in the third inning and there have been six INSIDE THE PARK homers.
I've been advocating for Markus to fix ISTP homers for over a decade. This is just one game in an extreme park, but I think he did it. And I hadn't noticed until just now.

Note: It's pretty funny... I'm using a standard 3D model, so it doesn't look gigantic. But I think the fielders motions are being slowed down to compensate. It takes forever to get to a ball up the gap. Then the cutoff man gets the ball as the runner approaches third, and holds the ball a very long time, the runner never stops, and the result is an ISTP homer. The game is now up to like eight or ten ISTPers. I think I also made the BA and triples park effects very high and it's 18-9 in the bottom of the 3rd.
