This keeps roster sizes for me to a max of approximately 50. Players are promoted within 2 years of being with the organization. The bonus that I've found is that I don't have players pool up at different levels either.

That's also what I have, the only differences being i dont have service time limit on AA and I have roster limits on AAA through the Pioneer and Appalach. leagues reflective of real MiLB.
