One of the controlling contributors I had underestimated was the manual setting of random percentages. I was wrapped up for a bit on what countries were checked or unchecked. Still working out my over-thinking mental kink. Or two.

And yes, any of my personal inquiries originate from a very-fictional world, although I watch RL structures and changes very closely.
