I know the DSL already has this setting in place to limit players to international players, but does anyone set the AZL and GCL to only players in the draft region (US, Canada, PR)? Im seeing a lot of dominicans, venezuelans, etc. that are moved from the DSL to one of those leagues and it might be why people see incomplete rosters in the DSL.

Regardless, the AZL and GCL should only be for drafted players anyways, right?
