The Charlotte Cyclones beat the Pittsburgh Bulldogs 4-0 in the Wild Card round, Sacramento 4-2 in the Division Series, and swept the Los Angeles Seraphs 4-0 to win the IBL World series. Game 4 was over when Charlotte 2B Dan Rome lined a 1 out world series-winning homer to LF. Catcher Eric Lebron taking home WS MVP honors (.333/.385/.917 2 HR)
The top 2 seeds, Pittsburgh (105-57) and Houston (107-55) didn't make it past their 1st round WC opponents.
I should add that the playoff structure is best of 7, 7, 7 and only 4 teams make the playoffs in each league with the WC winner facing the 1 seed.
