Georgia Fired up over Signing of SS Pesky:
The Bulldogs today announced that they have come to terms with Johnny Pesky, a 27-year-old shortstop they've been scouting for a while.
Pesky will earn $34,062,500 a year over 8 years and is expected to play a key role with the club.
In his career Pesky has played in 935 games, batted .312 with 30 home runs and 1180 base hits.
