If you look at the players you listed, I'm guessing the majority of them will have one thing in common. They all missed the real life 1901 baseball season. Therefore, they aren't part of your 1901 inaugural draft. When you get to the end of the 1901 baseball season, OOTP imports these players back into the game, because they played during the 1902 baseball season. Problem is, OOTP doesn't realize you erased all history and imports these players with stats. Really ruins a leagues leaderboard, when 99% of the players have one season worth of stats and about 1% has careers worth.
