In Iron league play six teams, three per conference will represent OL in the playoffs.
In the American Conference:
Annadale will host Setauket in the wild card game. Setauket went 17-9 in September and beat out Bluffton by two games for the wildcard spot. Annadale and Setauket met seven times during the season with Setauket winning four.
The winner of that game faces St Paul who owns the best record in the league. The other division series features Weston Pointe and Hidden Valley. Hidden Valley took four of seven of their head to head regular season games.
In the National Conference:
Coney Island and Minnesota went into their head to head final 3 game series of the year in a dead heat for the final wildcard spot. The teams split the first two games making game 162 a play in game. Coney Island won the game 7-5 and the right to face Vegas in the wildcard game. On the season the Warriors only managed to beat Vegas 5 times in 19 tries.
Kansas will be awaiting the winner of that game and has identical 12-7 records against each. Cary the AC west winner will take on the central division winning Hinckley Fire. Cary held a 5-2 advantage in their regular season matchups.
Good luck to all in the playoffs.
