Seen a similar thread on this forum that went (broadly) unanswered not that long ago, but I'm working with a pro/rel league, and not only do no players seem to opt out of their contracts (which specifically have an opt-out if team relegated clause), but the option doesn't even seem to appear. It's worked before in other leagues I've played, so how can I fix this?
