American League American West Champs Crowned:
Sacramento State Hornets: The Sacramento State Hornets have won the American League American West.
"We made it. Everything we talked about doing in spring training has come true so far," said Danny Cantu. "We're not done though, there's still a larger goal in mind."
Sacramento State has a record of 102-51 record and will by vying for their 1st College World Series. It was the club's 1st American League American West title.
"You never get sick of celebrating something like this," said second baseman Henry Larkin.
