Hi all,

Having a weird problem here that I just can't seem to resolve. I've been trying to track it down in my fictional league for a while now, for a few OOTP versions at least. I'm sure it has to do with a setting somewhere...but I don't know which one! I'm hoping someone has the magic solution.

I'm getting international free agents and scouting discoveries appearing from the United States, despite this being where my primary league nation is set. To try and prevent this, I've:

Manually set International Origin to only the (non-US) countries I specified, with 0% coming from random origin
Manually set International Established FA Origin to only the (non-US) countries I specified, with 0% coming from random origin
Set my two international leagues to not have any international scouting discoveries or FA

No luck yet -- they're still appearing for me in both situations. Any wisdom from the crowd would be much appreciated! Bonus difficulty: this has been a league I've been playing from...ooh...about OOTP8? So it's possible something strange occurred in an import along the way.
