You can have this idea for free devs...
You need to have a tournament ranking list. Teams with the highest win%'s in each tournaments. Teams with the most wins, etc...
Provide monthly prizes for most wins, a qualified number highest winning %, and so on.
It's pretty simple and easy to add, and will add more fun to the tournament grind.
