Twins 6, Blue Jays 2. Josh Donaldson keyed a five-run ninth-inning rally as the Twins defeated the Blue Jays. Jose Berrios outdueled Hyun-Jin Ryu, allowing one run over eight innings and striking out nine.

Rays 3, Astros 0. Charlie Morton dominated his former team, allowing just three baserunners in eight innings and striking out thirteen in snapping their winning streak. Brandon Lowe, Willy Adames and Hunter Renfroe all hit solo homers for the Rays.

White Sox 7, Royals 4. Yoan Moncada continued his hot streak with three hits, scoring three runs and driving in three. Lucas Gioloto struck out nine and allowed one run over seven innings to pick up the win.

Yankees 10, Rangers 4. Mike Tauchman, Miguel Andujar and D.J. LeMahieu all had three hits as the Yankees routed the Rangers. Masahiro Tanaka outpitched Corey Kluber for the win. Willie Calhoun had three hits and drove in three for Texas.

Red Sox 8, Athletics 2. Jose Peraza had three hits, and J.D. Martinez homered and drove in three in the Red Sox win. Martin Perez pitched five innings to get the win.

Nationals 6, Mariners 2. Kurt Suzuki homered and drove in three in leading the Nationals to victory. Max Scherzer labored through 5 2/3 innings to get the win.

Mets 6, Braves 2. Seth Lugo struck out six in five innings for the win. Pete Alonso homered and drove in three to help out the Mets' offense.

Phillies 9, Brewers 5 (12 innings). Light-hitting Roman Quinn and Deivy Grullon each hit two-run homers in extra innings for the Phillies. Logan Forsythe had three hits and Bryce Harper reached base four times for Philadelphia. The teams combined to use sixteen pitchers total.
